If you hold a disabled persons Freedom Pass which expired on 31 March 2016, your local authority will have reviewed your ongoing entitlement and residency. If you are eligible for the scheme your new pass will have now been posted to you.

What if my address has changed since I originally received my pass?
Please contact your new local authority as soon as possible if you have changed address since originally applying for your pass.
